Room occupancy is based on 2 persons per bed. However the 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units can accommodate 1 extra person on the sofa. The fee for an extra adult is $35 per night and children under 12 are free.
General Cancellation must be 7 days before arrival to avoid 100 percent penalty including tax.
Breakfast is a simple continental breakfast.
Dinners meals etc are all around town.
Beach clubs start just 1 block away and food and drink are available making chairs beds umbrellas complimentary.
Laundry we have a take out service for a fee based on weight.
Free parking (subject to availability).
Covid test for a fee depends on the type of test.
Airport transfer for a fee.
Tours excursions etc for a fee.
HOTEL POLICIES AND GENERAL INFORMATION
BREAKFAST
Continental breakfast is included from 08:00 – 10:00 hrs.
CLEANING
Cleaning services are usually each third day, you have to put the sing on the door or request it at Front desk.
CHECK-IN AND OUT
Check-in is at 3:00 PM, if you want to make an early check-in there is a charge of $25 USD per hour.
Check-out is at 11:00 AM, if you want to make a late check-out there is a charge of $25 USD per hour.
NO SMOKING
This is a smoke-free hotel; smoking is prohibited in any unit or common areas. There will be a penalty of $250 USD, charged to your card if any of the guests are found smoking inside the hotel facilities.
UNREGISTERED GUESTS/ ADDITIONAL PERSON
For security reasons, if you have visitors, they will have to show an ID at the Front Desk before 5:00 PM and can stay an hour in the common areas. Visitors are not allowed after 10:00 PM. Extra persons in the room more than 13 years old must pay $35 USD per night.
ENERGY AND ELECTRICITY
Each room is equipped with an electric efficiency system. There is key on the room wall to activate the system, please do not remove it from the wall. Just please save electricity turning off all lights, fans and air conditioning before you leave the room.
ROOM KEYS
You must return all the keys at check out, if you lose or take them with you there will be a charge of $20 USD.
BEACH AND BATH TOWELS
Pool towels must be requested at front desk, in case you lose any, there would be a charge of $35 USD per item. Bathrobes and bath towels are to be used in the room only. Please don’t take white towels to the beach.
COMMON AREAS
Please be respectful while being on the common areas and please keep moderated volume of voice or music. Also please, clean up after using the common areas. Please do not hang clothes or towels on railings of the balconies. Pool closes at 11:00 PM.
ROOF TOP GRILL
If you wish to use the roof top BBQ grill, please schedule at the front desk in advance, to get ready the area.
SECURITY GUARD
The security guard is on duty from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please show your room key to identify yourself upon entry, if he is not in the lobby, please ring the bell.
VALUABLES
Every unit is equipped with a safety deposit box, please be sure to lock up all your valuables.
THE HOTEL WILL BE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MISSING ITEMS.
Once a guest has been checked in, there will be NO REFUND in case of an early check out.
