Features a three-bedroom duplex penthouse with private bathrooms, living room, fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, a furnished private rooftop patio with barbeque grill, a front patio with table and chairs on hotel interior with pool and courtyard view. Suite includes four flat-screen TVs with cable, WiFi, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, safe, alarm clock, telephone, iron, hypoallergenic pillows, hairdryer, bathroom amenities, and bathrobes. Kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, electric cooktops, microwave, oven, dishwasher, blender, coffee/tea maker, spice rack, cooking utensils, dishware, and silverware.

Room occupancy is based on 2 persons per bed. However the 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units can accommodate 1 extra person on the sofa. The fee for an extra adult is $35 per night and children under 12 are free.
